شروط الاستخدام — TawjihiGPT

تشكل شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين Volks Apps ("نحن" أو "TawjihiGPT") عند استخدامك لتطبيق TawjihiGPT ("التطبيق"). باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

١. وصف الخدمة

TawjihiGPT هو تطبيق تعليمي مخصّص لمساعدة طلبة التوجيهي في الأردن على التحضير للامتحانات من خلال:

• بنك أسئلة وتمارين وامتحانات وزارية.
• معلّم ذكي مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
• تحليل الأخطاء واقتراح خطط مراجعة.
• متابعة التقدّم ومستوى الإتقان.

التطبيق أداة تعليمية مساعدة ولا يُعدّ بديلاً عن التعليم المدرسي أو المعلّم الأكاديمي.

٢. الحساب واستخدام التطبيق

قد يستخدم التطبيق تسجيل دخول مجهول عبر Firebase Authentication. أنت مسؤول عن:

• حماية جهازك من الوصول غير المصرّح به.
• استخدام التطبيق بطريقة قانونية.

قد يؤدي فقدان الجهاز أو حذف التطبيق إلى فقدان الوصول إلى بياناتك إذا لم تكن مرتبطة بحساب دائم.

٣. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

يوفّر التطبيق خطط اشتراك اختيارية:

• الخطة المجانية: وصول محدود للميزات.
• خطة تمرين: ميزات تدريب موسّعة.
• خطة تفوّق: جميع الميزات وتحليلات متقدمة.

شروط الاشتراك

• تتجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية دورة الفوترة.
• إدارة الاشتراك من متجر التطبيقات — iOS: الإعدادات → Apple ID → الاشتراكات؛ Android: Google Play → الاشتراكات.
• تتم معالجة المدفوعات بواسطة Apple أو Google مباشرةً.
• لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقات الدفع.
• تخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسات متجر التطبيقات المعني.
• قد نقوم بتعديل الأسعار مستقبلاً مع إشعار مسبق داخل التطبيق.

٤. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم:

• استخدام التطبيق لأي نشاط غير قانوني.
• نسخ أو إعادة نشر محتوى التطبيق خارج الاستخدام الشخصي.
• محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
• استخدام المحتوى لتقديم خدمات تعليمية مدفوعة دون إذن كتابي منا.

٥. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالتطبيق، بما في ذلك الشروحات والتصميم والبرمجيات، هي ملك لـ Volks Apps أو الجهات المرخّصة لها.

تبقى بياناتك التعليمية ومحادثاتك ملكاً لك، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لاستخدامها فقط لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسين تجربة التعلّم.

٦. الذكاء الاصطناعي وإخلاء المسؤولية

يعتمد التطبيق على تقنيات ذكاء اصطناعي لتوليد الشروحات والتحليلات. قد تحتوي المخرجات على أخطاء أو معلومات غير دقيقة. لذلك:

• لا نضمن صحة كل إجابة.
• لا يُعدّ المحتوى استشارة تعليمية رسمية.
• لا نضمن تحقيق نتائج دراسية أو معدّل معيّن.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون:

• يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة تعليمية أو أكاديمية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.

٨. الإنهاء وحذف الحساب

يمكنك:

• إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من متجر التطبيقات.
• حذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق.

نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط.

٩. الخصوصية

يخضع استخدام التطبيق أيضاً لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، والتي تشرح كيفية جمع البيانات واستخدامها.

١٠. التعديلات على الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بإشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق. استمرارك باستخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدّلة.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Volks Apps ("we", "us", or "TawjihiGPT") regarding your use of the TawjihiGPT mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TawjihiGPT is an educational application designed to help Tawjihi students in Jordan prepare for examinations through:

• Question banks and practice ministry exams
• An AI-powered smart tutor
• Mistake analysis and personalised revision plans
• Learning progress and mastery tracking

The App is an educational support tool and does not replace school education or professional teachers.

2. Account and Use of the App

The App may use anonymous sign-in through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Protecting your device from unauthorized access
• Using the App in a lawful manner

Loss of your device or deletion of the App may result in loss of access to your data if it is not linked to a permanent account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to features
• Practice Plan: Extended training features
• Success Plan: Full features and advanced analytics

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Subscription management is handled through the app stores — iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google.
• We do not store payment card information.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
• Prices may change in the future with prior notice inside the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Copy or redistribute App content outside personal use
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or access other users' data
• Use the App's content to provide paid tutoring services without written permission from us

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including educational explanations, design elements, and software and technology, are owned by Volks Apps or its licensors.

Your educational data and conversations remain yours; however, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to operate and improve the learning experience.

6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate explanations and analyses. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors. Therefore:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of every response.
• Content does not constitute official academic advice.
• We do not guarantee exam results, grades, or academic outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any academic or educational outcomes resulting from use of the App.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may:

• Cancel your subscription at any time through the app store.
• Delete your account and data from within the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
